Ithaka Housing was formally established as Ithaka Land, Inc. in 1981. Our roots reach back to the early 1970s, when our founder opened a home to people who needed housing. A community developed around shared meals, responsibilities, resources, and respect. Today, we continue that legacy by providing affordable housing and opportunities for people facing financial hardship and barriers to housing, including homelessness and reentry after incarceration.

Affordable Rental Housing
Stable, long-term housing for individuals and families facing barriers such as criminal records and previous evictions. Our rentals are priced approximately 10% below market rates. We offer an opportunity for people ready to take responsibility, care for their home, and put in the work to build a better future.
