Do you need housing?
Learn more about the transitional housing programs that we offer, all of which feature case management services to support working toward each resident’s specific personal goals. If our programs don’t fit your needs, explore the links to other housing service providers in the Colorado Springs area.
Individual Program
Men’s group home offering private bedrooms and shared bathrooms, kitchen, living and common areas for those aged 25+ who are able and willing to work full-time. For people looking to recover from incarceration, substance use, mental illness, or homelessness. If interested, please mail or email the application form below to Ithaka’s front office.
Senior Program
Transitional living with supportive services to individuals and couples 55 and up who are unable to work due to age or disabling conditions, and who have established fixed-income. We focus on individuals who have been facing high barriers to housing such as homelessness, low income, and would benefit from supportive services.
Family Program
Private units for adults with children exiting homelessness and looking to move toward housing stability and growth. Ithaka does not take direct applications for our Family Program. Instead, we fill openings through referrals from community partners. If you are in need of immediate assistance please reach out to the following family resources:
Other Assistance
If our transitional programs do not fit your situation or timeframe, we recommend calling Pikes Peak United Way’s 2-1-1 to search for other solutions. Additionally, the Pikes Peak Library District maintains a list of community resources.
Many housing programs require you to complete a Housing Survey (VI-SPDAT). You can do so at many locations listed here. Additional housing support can be found through organizations listed here.
