Individual
Our Individual Transitional Housing Program serves single men experiencing homelessness or leaving incarceration looking to move toward housing stability and self-sufficiency.
We provide up to 18 months of stable housing and supportive case management to help individuals get on their feet, recover from addiction, and move forward with their lives. Ithaka has a 12-bedroom group home called Shore House that provides transitional housing for individuals. Every resident must be committed to full-time work and/or school. Residents pay a program fee of $450/month.
Our Individual Program provides housing to single men who are:
- Experiencing homelessness, leaving incarceration, or unstably housed
- Willing and able to work full-time
- 25 years of age or older
- Committed to a sober living environment
- Self-directed and desiring to work toward goals
- Honest, accountable, and able to live in a communal environment
- Willing to participate in supportive case management
