Clinton Knox
Executive Director
Clint Knox is a proud father, educator, entrepreneur, and social justice fighter. Clint started his career as a YMCA Program Director and quickly became the Executive Director for YMCA Camp Shady Brook bringing the camp out of the wreckage of the Hayman Fire. He then transitioned into teaching with Colorado Springs District 11 for the next 14 years. During this time he obtained his National Board Certification, completed an Ironman triathlon, received his first Master’s from Colorado College, and started and sold two businesses.
Clint’s first business, Spree Racing created the Big Gay 5K and The Colorado Springs Marathon. His second business, Brainitz, a technology startup was sold to a corporate training firm in Seattle.
After the exit of his tech company he and his family took a sabbatical, rebuilt a salvaged catamaran, and sailed the Caribbean. When they returned Clint completed his MBA and has now taken the reigns as the Executive Director for Ithaka Housing. Clint is an exceptionally driven individual who takes on large projects, builds partnerships, and finds creative ways to solve hard problems.

Shantro Buck
Director of Case Management
My time in Human Services started in 2003 working at various Residential Treatment Centers across Colorado, working with young men and woman. I became a Case Manager in 2021 and have utilized my experiences in my career to support my clients in becoming self-sufficient and carving a path of their own. I am extremely passionate about the work I do and intend on continuing my career path in this field. In my prior Transitional Living Program, I had a seventy-nine percent success rating over a five-year period in clients successfully graduating from the program and finding their new home. I strive to fight for those that have no voice, and in helping them find their own.

Tucker Price
Facility Director
My name is Tucker Price, and this is Wes, “The Pup”. For the past 10 years I have been on the Road of “Recovery.” In my sobriety, I have finally landed exactly where I think my path should be, which is having the honor and pleasure of serving my community. Being of service is how I worship my Heavenly Father. I enjoy the grind of hard work with my hands and mind, am exceptionally organized, and strive for the best outcomes. It’s a passion of mine to find solutions that are “out of the box”. I believe the way to success is not a lonely road, in fact, I know it cannot be. Teamwork and trust are the way to great accomplishments. So, I plan to be a very effective member, and I am deeply grateful to be of a small part. Wes is a rescue, a therapy pup of sorts, definitely a “Man’s Best Friend” kind of pup, a highly valued member of my family, and he is a good boy. We love him. I cannot begin to explain how grateful my heart is to be a part of Ithaka Housing. Best Job I Ever Had.
